Slow Motion

Looking to capture silky smooth slow motion? Then the SJCAM SJ6 Legend is the camera for you! With in-camera slow motion settings your able too create those dramatic ultra slow motion clips without any additional editing or post production. Slow down the action by 2, 4 or 8 times while recording at full resolution!

Long Exposure Time

Using the SJ6 Legend you are able to manually select exposure times of: 1/30, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 Second exposure times allowing you to capture amazing images in ultra low light situations. Long Exposure times require a stable surface or tripod in order to eliminate any camera shake.

Gyro Anti-Shake

The ultimate in image stabilization. The SJ6 comes equipped with SJCAM’s Gyro Anti-Shake system that will almost eliminate all camera shake in pretty much any situation imaginable! Perfect for anyone requiring smooth movements in rough environments.

External Microphone Support

The most anticipated feature of the year! The SJCAM SJ6 Legend now supports an external microphone!
Using the optional SJCAM Lavalier Microphone you can now connect a USB mic for outstanding audio recordings.

If your looking to eliminate the fish-eye effect caused by using such a wide-angle lens, the SJ6 Legend has a solution for you! Enable Distortion Correction and record beautiful, realistic videos with the widest field of view without the annoying fish-eye distortion.

Wireless RF Control

SJCAM’s second wireless RF control compatible action camera! With the optional Wireless Watch or Wireless Selfie Stick, you’re able to conveniently control the SJ6 camera while remotely mounted or out of reach.

WiFi Connectivity

The SJ6 Legend includes Wi-Fi connectivity to the action camera. The camera will broadcast and host its own wireless network allowing your mobile device to connect directly to the SJ6 using the free SJCAM app. Available for both iOS & Android you can downloaded for free directly through the App store on your mobile device. While using the Remote App you’re able to remotely control the SJ6 Legend. Get a live view, change video modes, adjust camera settings and even review the pictures and videos that are stored on the memory card.

2″ LCD Touchscreen

With the SJ6 Legend you’re able to use the all new 2″ LCD touchscreen for a live preview screen, review pictures and video or just changing the camera settings. Using the all new easy to navigate touch interface, it’s easier than ever to adjust settings on the fly. Waterproof up to 100 feet

The SJCAM SJ6 Legend waterproof case comes included at no extra cost. When contained in the waterproof enclosure, the SJ6 is fully waterproof and capable of reaching depths up to 100 feet, giving you the opportunity to film fascinating watersports at a price point that’s only available from SJCAM.

166° Ultra Wide Angle Lens

The 166 degree ultra wide angle lens captures a spectacular first person view of your surroundings and performs well in aerial settings. Not all scenarios require the ultra wide angle lens, the SJ6 also includes adjustable point of view, a setting that will alter the perspective with 3 different view options.

SJ6 Legend Photo Modes

• Single Shot
  Capture stunning high resolution photos in either RAW or JPG up to 12MP.
• Photo Lapse
  Photo Lapse will automatically capture .JPG or RAW images repeatedly on the selected interval. Settings can be manually set to take photos every: 3 / 5 / 10 or 20 Seconds.
• Burst
  With Burst Mode enabled you are able to capture still photos at 3, 5 or 10 photos per second.
• Long Exposure
  A must for anyone wishing to take pictures at night time or in low light environments. Manual settings ranging from 1/30^th second to 60 seconds will allow you to take outstanding images even during the darkest night!
• Underwater
  Enable underwater mode for fascinating underwater snorkeling and diving footage. This feature helps reproduce accurate color for underwater use.

SJ6 Legend Video Modes

• 4K Ultra HD Video
  The SJ6 Legend can save video files as either MP4 or MOV and is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh platforms. Record continuous video in 4K, 2K, 1080P, 720P or standard definition.
• Video Lapse
  Much like time lapse, video lapse will take it one step further and automatically create a video file for playback. Settings can be manually set to capture 1 frame every: 1 / 2 / 5 / 10 / 30 or 60 Seconds.
• Slow Motion
  Complete with 2, 4, and 8 times slow motion the SJ6 Legend will add that extra level of interest to your video productions!
  
• Dash Cam
  With Dash Cam enabled, this mode will automatically turn ON the camera and start recording video when power is applied. Perfect for when you have the camera mounted on your windshield and plugged into the power adapter.  When the vehicle turns off, so does the camera. Dash camera accessory kits are sold separately.
  
• Underwater
  Enable underwater mode for fascinating underwater snorkeling and diving footage. This feature helps reproduce accurate color for underwater use.
  
• Web Camera
  Compatible with both Windows and Macintosh, the SJ6 Legend action camera may also be used as a USB web camera.
