Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. Warranty

Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. offers a sixty (60) day replacement warranty and one (1) year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.  This warranty will apply to items purchased directly from xtremesportdv.com or one of our authorized Retail Stores.  All warranty requests must include proof of purchase and the RMA Request Form.  During the warranty period, Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. will repair or replace cameras within the first 60-days with a comparable model at our sole discretion and/or direct you to the authorized SJCAM support/ticketing system after the 60-days have elapsed.

Physical damage resulting from regular use is not covered by this or any warranty. Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. products. Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of merchandise or any of its parts.

Because of possible user errors, Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. products are not warrantied against waterproof housing leakage or any resulting damage.  There is an extra back-door accessory included with SJCAM cameras which is used for recording audio while the camera is in waterproof housing; This back-door accessory is splash proof, NOT waterproof.

 

Repairs & Replacements:

Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. is committed to customer satisfaction.  All Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. products are thoroughly tested prior to shipping to maintain the highest product quality standards. We offer a sixty (60) day repair/replacement warranty and one (1) year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.

Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. will provide an immediate replacement for any camera that has shipped with a manufacturer’s defect (within 60-days).  Warranty claims processed within 7 business days of shipment receipt will have the return shipping pre-paid.  Return shipping charges for claims received after 7 business days will be the buyer’s responsibility.  COD shipments will be refused.

Please be sure to contact customer support before shipping.  Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. is able to resolve most technical issues quickly via email or phone support.  If our customer support team is unable to successfully troubleshoot your camera issue, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and email return instructions.

Non warranty returns will incur a repair service charge. Please contact Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. technical support team for a service quote and RMA before returning any merchandise.

Best Price Guarantee Policy

Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. offers the Best Price Guarantee on all products marked with the “Best Price” badge. To submit your price match request, click the Best Price Guarantee graphic located directly under the current price on the product page.

Valid requests MUST follow the guidelines below, any incomplete or wrongful request’s may be ignored and go without response.

  • Competitor products must reside and ship from within Canada and be sold in Canadian Dollars.
  • Competitor products must be marked as advertised price and available for everyone without redemption.
  • Competitor products must be sold by an authorized re-seller of the brand.
