Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
All orders ship via Canada Post and/or Amazon Canada’s approved shipping partners from one of our fulfillment warehouses located within Canada. Local pickups are not available and all orders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. In the event of a labor dispute and/or postal strike, alternative shipping methods will be made available. Xtreme Sport DV Ltd. only ships using a traceable service. Tracking numbers will be attached to your order and can be viewed on the My Account page. Tracking information will be visible once the order status is updated to complete.
Returns are accepted 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. All returns require proof of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your item.
