Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There may be some situations where only a partial refund is granted. If your return is not in it’s original packaging fit for resale, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund are granted within 7 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges

We stand behind our product. If you’re Xtreme Sport Action Camera decides to stop working, you can return it for a replacement within one year of purchase. Xtreme Sport DV’s exchange policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear and/or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Included and optional accessories are not covered under the one year warranty.

Shipping
Please email info@xtremesportdv.com for return shipping information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
